Alternatively, the results of specific searches (made through the search page) can be downloaded in several convenient formats (see below).

Batch download of all interaction data is only available in the PSI-MI 2.5 XML format which is the international standard for this type of complex data.

Gene and protein data can be downloaded in:

Tab-delimited (TAB), Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) and Comma-separated value (CSV) formats.

Interaction data (resulting from specific searches) can be downloaded in the following formats:

Tab-delimited (TAB), Microsoft Excel (MS Excel), Comma-separated value (CSV), Simple interaction format (SIF) and Proteomics Standards Initiative (PSI) Molecular Interaction 2.5 XML format (PSI-MI 2.5).

Access to curated interaction data via web service

Curated InnateDB interaction data is now accessible via a dedicated PSICQUIC web service!

Programmers can find a list of the available services here.

A web service is meant to be used in machine-to-machine communications. However, you can get PSI-MITAB data directly in your browser by using the REST Access, like in http://imex.innatedb.com/webservices/current/search/query/IRAK*

This data, updated once a week, is also available for download in MITAB 2.6 file format (see above).
