Subcellular Localization Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, microtubule organizing center, centrosome, centriole. Cytoplasmic vesicle, secretory vesicle, acrosome. Note=Concentrates in spermatid centrioles during flagellogenesis. Associates with acrosomal vesicle in sperm. In elongating spermatids, accumulates in a ring- shaped structure originating from the chromatoid body.
