Subcellular Localization

Golgi apparatus, cis-Golgi network membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Lumenal side. Cytoplasm. Note=A small fraction of the protein may be cytoplasmic. In lupus prone, but not in normal mice, at least part of it is in the serum where it induces the formation of autoantibodies including anti-DNA antibodies.
