Subcellular Localization Membrane {ECO:0000305}; Multi-pass membrane protein {ECO:0000305}. Cell junction {ECO:0000269PubMed:17195181}. Note=In undifferentiated cultured podocytes localizes to the perinuclear region and translocates to the cell membrane after Cadherin appearance at cell-cell contacts. Upon differentiation of cultured podocytes, protein disappears from cell contacts and expression ceases.
