Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, cilium basal body. Cell projection, cilium. Note=Expression is concentrated at the cilium basal body but is also detected along the length of the cilium.

Tissue Specificity

Strongly expressed in ovary and testis, moderately expressed in kidney and brain, and weakly expressed in thymus, heart, lung, liver, spleen and muscle. Expressed in embryonic bone and cartilage, with high expression in non- hypertrophic chondrocytes and weaker expression in hypertrophic chondrocytes. {ECO:0000269PubMed:17720815}.
