TNIP3 is a novel lipopolysaccharide-inducible inhibitor of NF-kappaB activation, binds to A20 and inhibits NF-kappaB activation induced by tumour necrosis factor, interleukin-1, and 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate.
