Subcellular Localization Nucleus {ECO:0000269PubMed:16716197}. Chromosome, centromere {ECO:0000269PubMed:16716197}. Note=Localizes exclusively in the centromeres. The CENPA-CAD complex is probably recruited on centromeres by the CENPA-NAC complex.
