Subcellular Localization Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, microtubule organizing center, centrosome, centriole {ECO:0000269PubMed:11781336}. Note=During centriole biogenesis, it is concentrated within the proximal lumen of both parental centrioles and procentrioles. {ECO:0000250}.
