Disease Associations
Tissue Specificity Expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. Highly expressed in normal tissue without inflammatory stimuli and infrequently expressed in cancer cell lines. Weakly expressed in monocyte- derived dendritic cells.
