Familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis 4 (FHL4) [MIM:603552]: A rare disorder characterized by immune dysregulation with hypercytokinemia, defective function of natural killer cell, and massive infiltration of several organs by activated lymphocytes and macrophages.
