[Homo sapiens] IRF2BP1 is a transcriptional co-repressor of IRF2 and, through physically association, enhances JDP2 polyubiquitination. IRF2BP1 has also been shown to repress ATF2-mediated transcriptional activation from a CRE-containing promoter.
