Summary
[Homo sapiens] Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV) infection results in upregulation of AICDA in primary human tonsillar B cells. Two KSHV miRNAs, K12-11 and K12-5 interact with the 3â?²UTR of AICDA to translationally repress its expression.
